Robert Toy, B.A.

Research Associate

Robert joined the lab in August of 2012 upon completion of his bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry at Middlebury College in Vermont. He works with Dr. Owens to explore the mechanisms of vascular healing kinetics and the resolution of inflammation with regard to vein graft arterialization. Robert also works to maintain the lab and support other ongoing research projects. He is currently working with Dr. Conte to uncover the molecular mechanisms and therapeutic potential of various proresolving lipid mediators by using in vitro models of vascular injury.
